JEE Main is a national level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is for candidates looking for entry in to programmes such as B.Tech, B.E, B.Arch and B.Planning offered by prestigious Indian institutions like National Institute of Technologies (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). For B.Arch admission in these institutes, the aspirants have to appear in the IInd Paper of JEE Main examination. JEE Main is also conducted twice every year like NATA.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification:Candidate should pass 10+2 scheme of examination.
- Required Percentage:Candidate should have at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Appearing Candidates: Such candidates appearing the 10+2 exam in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam.
Note: No direct lateral admission is allowed at any other year/stage of B.Arch. course based on any qualification.

JEE Main Paper 2 Syllabus As students know that JEE Main paper 2 is divided into three sections, Part- 1 as Mathematics, Part-2 as General Aptitude and Part-3 as Drawing/Planning depending upon the students choices for B.Arch/B.Plan. Part 1 and Part 2 are common for students of both B.Arch and B.Plan. Part 3 contains questions from drawing for B.Arch students while for B.Plan students, Part-3 will have general questions from planning.
